Of course! It is especially for you, as you will gradually develop strength and flexibility needed for splits - in a safe way. You do not need to be flexible to enter Road to Split.

Around 2,5 hours a week. Sessions last from 20 minutes to 55 minutes - we scheduled them the way that in one week you have 1 longer session and 2 shorter ones!
