FAQ

  • Do I need to have any yoga background?

    Not at all! Even if you never stepped on the yoga mat before - I will guide you. The course is designed for complete beginners - I use a very simple and accessible language.

  • What equipment do I need?

    You need yoga mat (fitness mat or a rug can work too if you do not have yoga mat and don't want to invest in one). Yoga blocks can be useful as well, but can be easily replaced by thicker books - we need 2 of them!

  • Will there be any live sessions or is it pre-recorded?

    All the classes are pre-recorded, so you can go through the material whenever it is convenient for you. However - if you are joining a special 5-weeks PROGRAMME on the launch of the Cali Space Academy you will additionally receive weekly live meetings. Recordings will be available afterwards.
